Silks Restaurant
Silks Restaurant
Great racing and great dining come together in the Silks Restaurant on the Clubhouse Level of Oklahoma City's Remington Park Racetrack & Casino. Enjoy an outstanding view of the track while enjoying delicious entrees from the Remington Park culinary staff. The spacious five-tiered dining room seats up to 500 guests, with individual television monitors at many of the tables.
Start off your meal at Silks with a jumbo shrimp cocktail or a serving of Silks' fantastic Maryland lump crab cakes. Try the Silks Grazing Plate, which includes seasonal fresh fruits, Swiss, cheddar and Gouda cheeses, hard salami and maple chantilly, or skip the appetizers and go straight for the mouthwatering entrees consisting of seafood, poultry, pasta, steaks and chops.
Try the grilled, fresh Atlantic salmon topped with an orange chipotle glaze or indulge yourself with a sophisticated twist on a traditional favorite by ordering the country-fried catfish, tossed in seasoned cornmeal and served with cole slaw, remoulade sauce and hush puppies. Other menu items include sauteed chicken picatta, rib-eye steak topped with herb butter, grilled St. Louis-style barbecue ribs, pan-roasted garlic and herb pork chops, and much more.
Silks also serves a selection of lighter fare including wraps, sandwiches and a USDA choice all-chuck burger. Whatever you order, make sure to save room for one of Silks' amazing desserts at the end of your meal. Try the chocolate mousse cake, a rich chocolate layered cake with chocolate mousse, topped with shaved chocolate and raspberry sauce, or order the peach cobbler and feast on warm, spiced peaches topped with a flaky crust. Other dessert selections include New York-style cheesecake, Key lime pie and more.
Relax at Silks by enjoying a selection from the restaurant's extensive wine list. Order a glass of white, red or sparkling wine, or choose from a wide variety of domestic and imported beers. For something fruity, try a strawberry, wild berry or banana daiquiri, or indulge in Silks' legendary cocktail: the top-shelf margarita.
