Inspiration for the bar at Ember hearkens back to the Prohibition Era, a time when American creativity and necessity helped launch the cocktail revolution. Following in the footsteps of their Speakeasy forefathers, the mixologists at Ember expertly combine fresh squeezed juice with perfect technique, shaking up high quality cocktails, from trusty standbys to house specialties. In addition to the quality cocktails, the tavern features a carefully curated wine menu, stocked exclusively from American vineyards. Sip on California and Oregon's finest or sample an unexpected surprise like Pinot from Washington State or Riesling from the heart of Michigan. Local ice cold draft and domestic bottle beer round out this tavern’s bar offerings.
