The Oak Leaf Nature Trail within Okmulgee State Park consists of several loops that can be used to take different walks without covering the same trails. One half mile of the trail is paved and handicapped accessible, while the remainder of the trail is recommended for beginner to intermediate-level hikers. Trailheads are located in the Pin Oak Landing section of the park on the northeast side of the lake and on the southeast side of the lake near the Red Oak Area. Guests will have beautiful views of Okmulgee Lake on several scenic overlook areas. Hikers will also a healthy mixture of hills and flat areas along the way.
