Oklahoma Route 66 Passport

This guide highlights 66 Route 66 stops in Oklahoma. This passport is divided into Eastern, Tulsa, Midpoint, OKC and Western Sections. Bring your passport to each stop and someone there will stamp it for you. If a stop is not open, snap a photo of yourself out front. Once a section has been completed, take your passport/photos to a Tourism Information Center to be verified. A staffer will sign your completion page and give you a section-specific keychain for the section you have just completed. Previous versions of the passport can still be used.

Just minutes from Tulsa on nostalgic Route 66, Claremore is known for its classic museums. Drive about 10 miles northeast of Claremore to visit the iconic Totem Pole Park, a well-known Route 66 attraction.

Visit Edmond

Shepherd's Cross - A Working Farm

Located 2.5 miles north of Claremore just off Route 66, you will find Shepherd's Cross, an accredited agritourism facility, working farm, and Christian Mission. Woolaroc

In 1925, Woolaroc began as a rustic ranch retreat for Frank Phillips, founder of Phillips Petroleum. Its sheer novelty attracted world leaders, dignitaries, tycoons, heroes and stars of the day. Today, Woolaroc is an icon of the Old West with a world-class Western Art museum, hunting lodge and collection of exotic animals roaming the grounds. Yukon Christmas in the Park

Whether viewed by car or on foot along the 2.2 miles of walking trails, it's a breathtaking experience of over 425 lighted holiday displays, 100 acres of illuminated magic, and more than 8.4 million lights. Located just minutes west of Oklahoma City in Yukon's Chisholm Trail Park, the Christmas in the Park light display is open 6-11 p.m. nightly beginning the Saturday before Thanksgiving and continuing through New Year's Eve. For a spectacular view of the lights as you loop through the park, ride the Santa Express Train available (weather permitting) until 10 pm each night for $2 per person (children 3 and under ride free). What a wonderful time to make lots of family memories along the way!
