Simmons Center
The Simmons Center in Duncan is a multi-purpose complex featuring the 750-seat Jack A. Maurer Convention Center & Theatre. This performing arts theater hosts musical and theatrical productions, and the convention center is home to several large annual events. The Chisholm Trail Arts Council puts on a concert series that runs annually from September to May at the Simmons Center theater. Previously, this series has featured nationally-renowned musical acts, including Leon Russell, Jimmy LaFave and the Harlem Gospel Choir. The complex is also home to the nine hole Simmons Center Disc Golf Course. It is free and open to the public so everyone can enjoy an exciting round of the unique sport.
