The Craig County Veterans Memorial Rock is part of a national effort to honor the men and women who served in the armed forces. The rock is part of a countrywide display of gratitude that features painted rocks from mural artist Ray "Bubba" Sorensen II in each of the 50 states. Each rock features unique designs and details with historical significance, with the Craig County rock depicting local veterans alongside the American and Oklahoma flags. Come by and pay respects to our nation's veterans with just one piece of a national salute to service at the Craig County Veterans Memorial Rock.
