Railroad enthusiasts of all ages can see HO and O-Scale model trains on display at the Oklahoma Model Railroad Association & Museum. Located in Oklahoma City, this two-story museum provides active and engaging displays of model railroads for children and adults to learn about rail history.

For many years, the museum operated on a modular layout set up in a local mall. The museum moved to a new building in Oklahoma City in 2018 began building brand new layouts in late 2019 for members and the public to enjoy.

Whether you want to admire the handiwork of these models or take part in helping create new displays, the museum offers a knowledgeable staff that can teach on many subjects. Come help lay tracks, build a bench, make model trees, terrain, mountains and miniature buildings, or even paint backdrops. Work with electronics including wiring of engines for digital command control (DCC) and many other projects are also available. However you want to be involved, you won't want to miss this train stop at the Oklahoma Model Railroad Association & Museum.
