After spending the morning touring through the Chickasaw Cultural Center in Sulphur, fuel up at on-site Aaimpa' Cafe. Choose from a wide array of Native American cuisine made fresh in-house or harvested from the center's traditional gardens. Specialities include venison stew, pulled pork stacks and salmon. Spice up lunch from the grill with a buffalo burger, a mountain burger with charbroiled ground elk or the stomp dancer sandwich. Aaimpa also serves a Chickasaw Special – comprised of an Indian taco made with homemade fry bread, pashofa and grape dumplings.
