The National Cavalry Competition & U.S. Cavalry Association Annual Bivouac brings mounted cavalry units and reenactors from across the country to compete in traditional skills.
Held at Historic Fort Reno, this event is a wonderful opportunity for these riders to compete and showcase their talents. Watch action-packed demonstrations that will include: mounted saber, mounted pistol, military horsemanship and more. Re-enactors will demonstrate the skills of the horse soldier before the advent of the motorized cavalry. Experience the thrill of thundering hooves and gleaming sabers at this unique event in El Reno this September.
