With a name inspired by the band Phish, the 23rd Street Corridor restaurant and bar thematically plays with the whole jam band concept, valuing technical proficiency, while fearlessly pushing culinary boundaries.

Have a few drinks off the bar’s impressive craft beer, wine or cocktail menu.  As you unwind and the munchies set in, check out something from the bar’s appetizer heavy menu.  Start off with one of the apps such as the Pig Lips, a cherry tomato wrapped, house cured bacon delight or try the Avocrabo, tempura fried, avocado stuffed crab.  On the salad side, try Story of the Pear Salad, featuring poached pear, bleu cheese and walnut or try the Good-Good, a creative salad blended from pickled cranberry, tomato and garbonzo beans.

The bar offers a unique selection of wraps all “twisted” up in specialty tortillas.  Try the Poutine, a savory blend of pulled pork, homemade beef gravy, waffle fries and cheddar or mix it up with the Pip, a wrap featuring Cheeto crusted chicken and black bean puree.  For a next level experience, check out the Wu Plantang: instead of just a tortilla, the creative chefs at Guyutes wrap an entire  jalapeno cheddar quesadilla around grilled chicken, black bean puree, fried plantains, tomatoes, red onions and cilantro.

All five pizzas at Guyutes feature house made marinara. Try the Widespread Panic, featuring sliced meat loaf, salami, bacon, mozzarella and gruyere or enjoy the Whole Earth, the bar’s veggie pie,spotlighting house made pesto, veggies and hummus on a whole wheat crust.
