Seniors over the age of 50 who are looking to stay active and engage in a little friendly competition are invited to attend the annual Senior Games held at the Simmons Center in Duncan. This fun event features games like horseshoe, rolling pin toss, and shuffleboard, and each participant is sent home with a participation ribbon. More than just exercise and competition, the event welcomes both returning and new participants out for a day of socializing. Even physically disabled seniors are able to compete in certain events, and coordinators encourage everyone to go at their own pace. Save the date for Duncan’s Senior Games this spring.
