Attend the Heritage Breed Poultry & Sheep Workshop at Hunter's Home this summer. The workshop will teach guests how to care for heritage breeds as well as the importance of these breeds for the continuation of their respective species. Try a recipe from the nineteenth century using turkey meat from one of the Hunter's Home turkeys and taste the difference between heritage and standard breed meat at this hands-on workshop in Park Hill.
