Burger in Paradise is one of the few places in Tulsa where you can walk in and order a raved-about classic hamburger or call ahead to get fresh-made hummus. Owned and operated by the same couple for more than 10 years, the restaurant menu rarely changes and boasts a delicious assortment of burgers and sandwiches. A local favorite is a foot-long cheesesteak stuffed with sliced beef, sauteed mushrooms and cheese. Call a day ahead and the Bethlehem natives will whip up a batch of fresh tabouli. Save room for a generous helping of decadent house-made baklava.
