Oklahoma Route 66 Passport

This guide highlights 66 Route 66 stops in Oklahoma. This passport is divided into Eastern, Central, and Western Sections. Bring your passport to each stop and someone there will stamp it for you. If a stop is not open, snap a photo of yourself out front. Once a section has been completed, take your passport/photos to a Tourism Information Center to be verified. A staffer will sign your completion page and give you a prize of a piece of a fun magnet. Once all 3 sections have been completed, return to a Tourism Information Center. A staffer will stamp your book complete and give you a free collectible coin. Previous versions of the passport can still be used.

Oklahoma Motorcycle Guide

General Tommy Franks Museum

The Museum offers memorabilia from the 38-year military career of General Franks in addition to the "9/11: Never Forget" exhibit. Featuring a 14-foot, 3000-lb. steel beam from the World Trade Center, this exhibit leads visitors on a chronological timeline of September 11, 2001, the World Trade Center, Pentagon and Flight 93 attacks, heroic rescue efforts and memorials. The Museum also includes artifacts from General Frank's personal collection, cultural items from around the world, unique military equipment, historic photographs, and one of only two Medal of Honor Awards in the state of Oklahoma, as well as one of the world's largest collection of Challenge Coins.

Oklahoma City National Memorial

The Oklahoma City National Memorial consists of the outdoor Symbolic Memorial and the Memorial Museum. Shepherd's Cross - A Working Farm

Located 2.5 miles north of Claremore just off Route 66, you will find Shepherd's Cross, an accredited agritourism facility, working farm, and Christian Mission. There is always something going on here. In the spring, learn about sheep shearing, spinning and wool. The last 3 weeks in October there is a pumpkin festival and a living nativity is open the 2nd and 3rd weekends in December. Skeletons: Museum of Osteology

Water-Zoo Indoor Water Park

**Currently, Water-Zoo Indoor Water Park iis closed for renovations and yearly maintenance and will re-open March 2025 according to their website**. Woolaroc

Yukon Christmas in the Park

Whether viewed by car or on foot along the 2.2 miles of walking trails, it's a breathtaking experience of over 425 lighted holiday displays, 100 acres of illuminated magic, and more than 8.4 million lights. Located just minutes west of Oklahoma City in Yukon's Chisholm Trail Park, the Christmas in the Park light display is open 6-11 p.m. nightly beginning the Saturday before Thanksgiving and continuing through New Year's Eve. For a spectacular view of the lights as you loop through the park, ride the Santa Express Train available (weather permitting) until 10 pm each night for $2 per person (children 3 and under ride free). What a wonderful time to make lots of family memories along the way!
