It sleeps two, has a three-piece bathroom with stand-up shower, mini kitchen with bar sink, double hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee makers and small fridge. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV with local channels, DVDs and a DVD player.

Outdoors, guests will find a luxurious hot tub, large deck with bistro table, a charcoal grill, picnic table and a fire pit in the center of a huge round brick patio. Breakfast is served on the weekends and comes with options like the "Full Monty" which comes with fried eggs on toast, European-style sausages, fried/poached eggs and baked beans with a side of side of flash fried tomatoes.
