This free, family-friendly event brings together local law enforcement, first responders, community organizations and residents to celebrate neighborhood connections and strengthen police-community partnerships. A highlight of the event is the Water Parade at 6pm along Temple Houston Drive between the rodeo grounds and Crystal Beach Water Park. Regional fire departments will spray attendees from their fire trucks, creating a unique and refreshing experience for all ages.
