As the name indicates, Catfish Round-Up in Seminole is a catfish lover's paradise. The restaurant's namesake dish is served breaded with a house recipe of herbs and spices. You'll also find other Southern-style favorites like butterfly shrimp, smoked ribs and brisket on the menu. Be sure to save room for dessert - folks rave about the delicious apple or blueberry fritters. This restaurant reportedly goes through a half-ton of catfish each week, service is fast and friendly and families are always welcome. If you find yourself waiting for a table, check out the 750-gallon aquarium that greets visitors at the front door.

Catfish Round-up also has a 46-site RV park located adjacent to the restaurant. Pull up your big rig and take advantage of the convenient showers, dumping station and full hookups with water and electric. Get take-out from the restaurant and enjoy your meal while lounging in the park's picnic area or under the pavilion. Outdoor grills and a playground are also located at the RV park.
