Join the Sod House Museum for their 130th Anniversary Celebration with "A Quilted Christmas" this December. Christmas trees throughout the museum will be decorated with quilt blocks such as log cabins, yo-yos, stars, and Christmas tree blocks. The Friends of the Sod House will offer cookies and cider to guests and give away door prizes. Visitors can purchase tickets to win a queen-sized quilt made by the Sod House Quilters with the theme: "Chickadees and Trees." You can also enjoy traditional Christmas songs, gospel, and country music played by the Silver Strings and Friends.
