Tamashii Ramen
Sit down to a big bowl of Japanese soul food in the heart of Edmond. Low and slow cooking makes the most delicious ramen dish, and Tamashii Ramen cuts no corners - all broths are simmered for 10 hours before being served. Noodles at this fast casual restaurant are crafted for three types of ramen: the creamy, pork-based Tonkotsu; clear broth Shoyu with a delicate seafood brine; and finally, the spicy ramen, a hearty pork dish with notes of sesame.
Begin with flavorful options like grilled octopus dumpling takoyaki or gyozas, Japanese pot stickers. Beyond ramen, Tamashii offers garlic fried rice served up fajita-style in a sizzling skillet, or melt-in-your-mouth Chasudon, which is braised pork over steamed rice, seasoned with special sauce and truffle mayo. For dessert, Tamashii features traditional mochi, a frozen sweet rice cake, available in green tea, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavors.
