Osage Language Mural
Albuquerque artist Jaque Fragua ventured east to Pawhuska, Oklahoma to help NVision youth create a mural on the side of the Osage Nation language department building. NVision founder Ryan Red Corn devised the mural’s design with associate Ben Brown, and Fragua taught the kids spray-painting technique. This Pawhuska mural features an Osage straight dancer standing in front of Osage letters, which translate to “Osage language.”
