Bring your appetite to the Exchange Club Chili & BBQ Cook-Off to sample chili and barbecue from 100 cooking teams. Enjoy a full day of entertainment, drinks and delicious barbecue with the whole family during this day of top-notch food fun. Purchase a taster kit and sample some of the best chili, barbecue, chicken and pork in the five-state area along with thousands of other barbecue enthusiasts. Dishes available for sampling include chili, baked beans, beef brisket, chicken, pork spare ribs and hot links. Vote for your favorites then see which competitor takes the crown of People's Choice winner.

A variety of concessions will be available, as well as an area designed specifically for children. The festival's kids' zone will feature food, inflatables, face painting, clowns, pony rides, camel rides and more. Don't miss the wide variety of live music and entertainment, and don't be afraid to dig into some mouth-watering barbecue from some of the area's most skilled pitmasters.
