Starting off, you have the choice to build your own bowl, or choose from one of their signature Genghis bowls: the bayou bowl, which is packed with protein from chicken, sausage, marinated white fish and shrimp, the bowl of Seoul, which combines chicken, beef and shrimp with dragon salt seasoning and a mongo mix of noodles, or the Thai chicken bowl with classic stir-fry, cilantro and spinach.
Additional bowls include beef broccoli, Buddhist, citrus beef, firecracker, mongo BBQ, special fried rice, surf 'n turf, sweet 'n sour pork and teriyaki chicken.
If you're feeling creative, you can also use their handy five-step guide to building your own bowl. Step 1, pick your proteins: choose from one or more of their 13 meat options, including the traditional chicken and marinated steak or even scallops and turkey.
