McAlester's Grillmarks Festival: Beef & Birds is a fun-filled day of food competitions, live music and fun in downtown McAlester. If you think you have what it takes to win, enter the steak or best bite quail competitions. Otherwise, enjoy sampling a variety of delicious meats while taking in the day's activities outside. All grilling will be done outside of Spaceship Earth Coffee and in the downtown area.
