Celebrate Okemah's birthday with a family-oriented day of fun at the annual Okemah Pioneer Days festival. This community event treats all ages are invited to a variety of activities, starting with the carnival held Wednesday-Saturday. Friday night, participate in the Antique Car Cruise and hear live music while reconnecting with old friends and making new ones.
At 2pm on Saturday, witness the community parade, featuring themed floats, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, golf carts, emergency service vehicles and cars. Guests can look forward to the Pioneer Days Rodeo. During Okemah Pioneer Days, get to know the entire town with a series of celebratory events, games and experiences held in downtown Okemah.
