Carney Fest - Street Fest
May 2, 2026
Get ready for a full day of music and carnival-style fun during the historic Church Studio's Carney Fest in Tulsa. Inspired by Leon Russell's 1972 album "Carney," this two-day event unites two of Tulsa's most iconic music landmarks, Cain's Ballroom and The Church Studio, for a celebration of music, history and community.
On Saturday, Carney Fest continues at The Church Studio for Street Fest. This lively street festival on Trenton Ave will showcase 12 Oklahoma and regional artists performing across two stages throughout the event. In addition to live music, guest can enjoy local food and guided tours of The Church Studio. The festive, carnival-style atmosphere will include jugglers and roaming entertainers.
The Saturday festival lineup includes headliner David Thayer along with: Peggy Johnson, Tom Pevear, Brother Rabbit, Jim Bachmann, Native Strange, Hi-Fi Hillbillies, The Websters, Luke Roundtree & The Wild Mercury, Tempest Revival, Upscale Smoke and Patti Steel.
The first day of Carney Fest will take place at Cain's Ballroom with an incredible concert featuring Grammy Award-winner Robert Randolph and local Tulsa favorite Knipple.
