There are seven or eight types of lettuce and numerous kinds of peppers among the organic produce grown at Yarrowhead Farms in Wellston. They also produce honey and herbs in an entirely natural fashion. In 2021, they became the first certified bio-dynamic farm in Oklahoma, and reporter Quin Tran and videographer Tommy Evans will explain how they did it using time-honored farming techniques.
