Lucille’s Roadhouse
Founded by Route 66 enthusiast Rick Koch, Lucille’s is a recent and worthy addition to America’s most storied roadway. A replica of a 1950s diner – complete with polished chrome, glass bricks and colored lighting – greets diners during the day, while a relaxing lounge and upscale steakhouse are available in the evening, where diners can dive into affordably prices and delicious steak, seafood and pasta dishes.
